We have Accuquilt

We are the only shop in the LowCountry with Accuquilt rentals!

Available 10:30AM - 4:30PM

AccuQuilt® is a fabric die-cutting system designed to make quilting easier and more enjoyable by providing a safe and efficient way to cut perfect pieces every time!

There are three main components to the AccuQuilt® system: the die, corresponding die cutting mat and a fabric cutter. Each die has very sharp steel blades that form the cut shapes. The blades are surrounded by foam, allowing you to run your hand over the die without being hurt. To cut fabric, lay fabric on top of the die, foam side up, then lay a mat on top of the fabric, before putting it through the cutter. The fabric cutter compresses the foam, forcing the blades to cut through the fabric and into the mat. Simply slide the cutting mat off the die to reveal perfectly cut fabric shapes. There are no programming or complicated systems to learn!

We have 72 dies to choose from so come on down to the shop and let us demonstrate how it works and our selection of dies.

We're so happy to finally have a quilt shop in Beaufort! Janice has brought in so many fantastic fabrics and notions. The shop is very cutely decorated with old and new quilts, notions, and accessories. Classes are varied, often and well run. Gail is so patient with her students! You can rent machine time, use the over 200 Accuquilt die cuts and join in Wednesdays for "Sit and Sew".

Janice is amazing!! She was so helpful and so kind. She helped me understand how to make a certain part of a quilt and was so interested in my creations. She has a lovely store and a great selection of many beautiful fabrics. She has a great classroom with top notice things at each station. She also rents sewing machines and has an Accuquilt machine she rents as well with a huge selection. I definitely recommend you visit this quilt store. Quilt shop with fabric, patterns, notions and sewing classes. The owners are very friendly and helpful. You can rent space and just sit and sew for a few bucks. You can even get your fabric cut on their me machine for a few bucks. They have much to offer and the location is convenient.
